中国-联合国儿童基金会艾滋病预防与关怀合作项目招聘启事

        自1996年开始，联合国儿童基金会通过中国-联合国儿童基金会艾滋病预防与关怀合作项目在中国开展艾滋病预防与关怀项目活动，多年来配合中国政府在政策倡导、大众宣传教育、青少年生活技能培训、为受艾滋病影响的儿童提供社会心理支持、为感染者提供以社区为基础的关怀与支持以及能力建设等方面开展了大量的工作目。 目前项目覆盖了十个省和直辖市，同时在中央级开展了大量的活动。受卫生部的委托，中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防与控制中心（以下简称性艾中心）作为项目的管理单位。为了使项目更好地执行，按照项目要求，现公开招聘一名项目官员，负责项目的具体管理和最佳实践的编辑工作。

        工作职责：

        1、项目的日常管理、协调与督导；

        2、大型会议的策划、组织与协调；

        3、最佳实践的组织、编写和翻译；

        4、办公室日常事务。

        应聘条件：

         1、公共卫生、社会学或中文专业本科以上学历；

        2、具有一定的艾滋病相关知识和项目管理经验；

        3、有较好的英语水平和文字编辑能力，能熟练操作计算机；

        4、较强的敬业精神和团队合作意识。

        Project Officer for China-UNICEF Cooperation for HIV/AIDS Control and Prevention Programme

        Background

        Since 1995, UNICEF has assisted Chinese government to carry out HIV/AIDS control and prevention activities through China-UNICEF Cooperation Project for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care. The activities include many areas such as policy advocacy, mass media education, lifeskills education among youth, psychological and social support to children infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, community based care and support to PLWHAs, and capacity building etc. Now ten provinces are covering and many national organizations are executing the activities. Consigned by Ministry of Health, National Center for STD/AIDS Control and Prevention, CCDC (NCAIDS) is responsible for the project management. To strengthen the project implementation also based on the project requests, a full-time project officer for management and best practice compilation will be hired.

        Tasks and responsibilities：

        1、Project management, supervision and coordination；

        2、large –scale meeting’s planning, organization and coordination;

        3、Best practice compiling, experts organization and translation;

        4、office routine works.

        Qualifications:

         1、university degree or equivalent in public health, sociology, or Chinese language literature；

        2、HIV/AIDS related knowledge and programme management experiences;

        3、fluent in English and computer ;

        4、strong team worker and working responsibilities.
